What You’ll Do * Be a mobility magician—help residents move with confidence, strength, and a spark of joy. * Turn therapy sessions into victories—celebrate every small step, stretch, or lift that brings independence closer. * Create personalized game plans (treatment plans) that match each resident’s goals and lifestyle. * Teach residents and their families tips and exercises so progress continues beyond sessions. * Team up with nurses, caregivers, and other wellness champions to deliver whole-person care. * Keep track of progress like a wellness detective—documenting successes and milestones along the way. * Be the friendly motivator, cheerleader, and coach our residents look forward to seeing. What You Bring to the Table

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Virginia or a compact state
• Accredited Physical Therapy degree
• Rehab or long-term care experience preferred, but passion for improving lives

• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communicator and collaborative team player
• Compassion and genuine resident focus
• Comfort with electronic health records and thorough documentation
