Field Service Manager
As Field Service Manager you are responsible for steering, coaching, and developing the team of field service technicians. You are the first point of contact for our customers with complex service questions and work closely with the various departments within our company.
What can you expect? Salary €4,000 to €4,500 per month Secondary employment benefits such as company car, laptop, and phone Pension plan and 40 vacation days Possibility to attend training and education courses Bonuses such as discounts and sports subscriptions What will you do? Daily management of the field service team (10-15 technicians) Ensure efficient and customer-oriented execution of maintenance and repair work Train and motivate new service employees
