Talent Acquisition SpecialistLaSalle Network is partnering with a leader in the Nuclear Power Industry to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is a fully remote role, and offers the chance to make an immediate impact by strengthening sourcing strategy, candidate screening, and pipeline execution across a fast-moving slate of priorities. You will be responsible for recruiting roles across the engineering and corporate space, partnering directly with hiring managers and making an immediate impact.ResponsibilitiesSource qualified candidates for Engineering, Sales, and other corporate openings.Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned to each role's requirements.Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms to identify qualified talent.Review candidate resumes and backgrounds to assess fit and alignment to role requirements.Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification conversations.Partner with hiring managers to confirm role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.Maintain accurate candidate activity and documentation within Workday ATS.Collaborate with the recruiting team to divide and manage requisition coverage across open roles.Adjust sourcing strategies as hiring priorities and business needs evolve.Qualifications6+ years of experience in talent acquisition.Proven ability to source across multiple functions, ideally including Engineering and Sales.Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.Experience working within an ATS (Workday preferred).Strong candidate screening and qualification skills.Ability to understand both technical and non-technical job requirements.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.Highly adaptable and able to support a variety of candidate profiles and hiring needs.Key DetailsEmployment Type: ContractCompensation: $50 – $60 per hourLocation: Bolingbrook, ILWork Model: Fully Remote
