Pay Rate: $22.50 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeSat01:30 PM - 09:30 PM How This Role Works Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts’): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access‑related practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to management and/or emergency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including storefronts, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter spaces, to help identify unusual activity and potential security‑related concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and high‑traffic areas to help support orderly operations, assist with directional questions, and address security‑related issues in a professional manner. Observe and report conditions such as suspicious behavior, policy violations, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns that could affect daily business operations and customer experience. Minimum Requirements Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. A state, county, or city issued license for security‑related work is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
