IT Support Engineer - L2

Our client, a leading organization in the technology services sector, is seeking a dedicated IT Support Engineer - L2 to join their dynamic team. As an IT Support Engineer - L2, you will be an integral part of the IT services team, providing essential support to ensure seamless technology operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, aligning successfully within a collaborative and innovative environment. Job Title: IT Support Engineer - L2 Location: San Francisco, CA - Onsite Pay Range: $35- $43/hr on w2 What's the Job? Handle and resolve Level 2 support tickets efficiently, ensuring timely solutions for end-users. Utilize ServiceNow platform to manage and track support requests effectively. Support Mac OS systems, Mobile Device Management, and other related technologies. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Maintain documentation and knowledge base to improve support processes and knowledge sharing. What's Needed? Proven experience working on Level 2 support tickets in a fast‑paced environment. Experience with ServiceNow platform is a must. Hands‑on knowledge of Mac OS and Mobile Device Management solutions. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet support SLAs. What's in it for me?
