Pickering Manor is a Life Plan Community offering the full spectrum of senior living options – independent living, personal care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation and memory care. With the recent opening of our brand-new building, we are looking to hire exceptional people to join our team. We offer full‑time, part‑time, and per‑diem work and competitive salaries. We are a boutique senior living retirement community that offers personalized, customized care of the highest quality to our residents. Supportive Living neighborhoods – Personal Care and Memory Care – provide care and supervision to residents. Personal Care is a 19‑bed unit with alert and oriented residents. Memory Care is a locked unit for 21 residents. These neighborhoods provide a great opportunity to provide hands‑on care and social interaction for our residents. We are currently recruiting for full‑time and part‑time opportunities across all three shifts: Days (7 a.m. to 3 p.m.) Evenings (3 p.m. to 11 p.m.) Nights (11 p.m. to 7 a.m.) Full‑time employees are eligible for medical insurance starting the first of the month following the date of hire and can begin accruing paid time off upon hire. Term Life, Accidental Death & Dismemberment, Short‑Term and Long‑Term Disability are paid to all full‑time employees at no additional cost.
