Pride is taken every step of the way in their manufacturing processes.Key Responsibilities:Review job packages thoroughly, including routing, blueprints, specifications, and documentation to understand process plans, part configurations, materials, tooling, and required equipment.Build machine setups per documented plans, utilizing knowledge of machining practices, material properties, and proper setup procedures.Operate CNC and conventional lathes, milling machines, and grinders, ensuring safe and efficient production of quality parts.Optimize machining processes by making adjustments to setups and operations to improve efficiency and part quality.Verify part conformance using precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers, gauges) and take corrective action as needed.Document and report deviations in machining processes via Process Discrepancy Reports (PDRs) and assist in root cause analysis.Train and mentor less experienced machinists to enhance technical competencies within the team.Follow all safety protocols, operational procedures, and quality standards to maintain a safe and productive work environment.Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience as a Machinist in a manufacturing or production setting.Strong knowledge of CNC and manual machining operations (lathes, mills, grinders).Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.Proficiency in precision measuring tools and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).Experience troubleshooting machining processes and optimizing production.Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and mentor junior machinists.CNC programming knowledge (G-code, M-code) is a plus.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Why Join Us?Competitive pay and benefits. $28-$34 DOE.Opportunities for career growth and skill development.Work with advanced machining technology in a dynamic manufacturing environment.*We are an equal opportunity employer*
