Build lasting customer relationships through proactive, meaningful conversations Understand customer needs and connect them with relevant banking products, services, and solutions Identify opportunities, promote solutions, and make appropriate referrals to meet customer and business goals Support new account openings, service requests, and credit applications Perform cash handling and teller line activities while accurately processing transactions Use and adopt digital tools and technologies to enhance the customer experience Deliver accurate, compliant service within defined risk controls Collaborate with branch teammates to coordinate handoffs to licensed bankers and specialists Support branch operations by flexing between cash handling and customer banking activities Provide account openings and ongoing account support Requirements 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education Prior experience in financial services or a highly regulated, customer-facing role is desired Experience building trust-based customer relationships is desired Comfort initiating outreach through calls, emails, or other channels is desired Comfort with digital tools and technology, and ability to learn new systems Ability to identify customer needs and connect them to appropriate solutions Ability to collaborate with teammates and partners Ability to follow policies and regulations and escape risk concerns Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays SAFE registration required at time of employment; Wells Fargo initiates the process after start date Loan Originators must meet LO/CFPB requirements and Wells Fargo standards related to financial responsibility, character, fitness, and criminal background Credit report may be reviewed and additional ongoing screening may apply Position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship Core Competencies Demonstrates strong customer relationship management skills by effectively identifying customer needs and connecting them with appropriate banking solutions.
