Your Mission As a Partner Solutions Consultant, you will play a pivotal role within our Customer Advocacy technical field organization. Acting as the primary technical resource for our Partner Sales Go-To-Market engine, you will collaborate closely with sales managers and ecosystem partners. You will be the driving force behind all partner engagements in your designated region, ensuring that our partners, including resellers, SIs, and MSPs, are technically proficient and successful in delivering our observability solutions throughout the partner lifecycle. Your focus will be on technical enablement and solution support, ensuring rigorous delivery governance to foster partner-generated revenue and maximize customer success. Key Responsibilities Partner Enablement & Capability Building: Create and execute structured enablement plans for assigned partners, facilitating workshops and technical training to empower their technical teams. Solutioning & Pre-Sales Support: Act as an observability architect and support high-value partner-led opportunities, assisting with solution design and demonstrations. Ecosystem Orchestration: Coordinate between internal teams and partners to enhance customer success for every opportunity. Operational Management: Maintain discipline throughout all engagement projects, keeping track of progress and resource utilization. Strategic Feedback Loop: Relay insights from partners and customers to internal teams to influence product roadmaps and market strategies. Delivery Governance & Quality Assurance: Collaborate with New Relic Professional Services to oversee the quality of partner-led projects, ensuring they meet customer satisfaction targets. Key Qualifications Technical Experience: At least 5 years in technical consulting, solutions architecture, or senior engineering, with expertise in cloud and application performance technologies. Observability Mastery: Strong knowledge of observability concepts and ability to convey their value to various stakeholders. Consultative Influence: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage and influence diverse stakeholders. Partner Ecosystem Savvy: Understanding of building sustainable technical businesses within partner networks. Project Management Discipline: Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams with clear focus on expectations and outcomes. Strategic Advising: Experience in advising partners on resource planning for upcoming projects. This position does not offer visa sponsorship. The estimated on-target earnings for this role range from $203,000 to $254,000 USD.
