Functieoverzicht:

De Technical Support Engineer zal het eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor de dealer voor technische en customer service gerelateerde vragen. Daarnaast biedt de Technical Support Engineer technische ondersteuning aan het Xpeng Benelux netwerk en interne belanghebbenden, en draagt bij aan de verbetering van ons kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem. Verantwoordelijkheden:

• Optreden als het eerste aanspreekpunt voor ons netwerk met hun technische vragen, problemen oplossen en oplossingen bieden op een tijdige en efficiënte manier.
• Samenwerken met cross-functionele teams, waaronder kwaliteitsengineering, productontwikkeling, verkoop en anderen om klantproblemen effectief aan te pakken en op te lossen.
• Trends en patronen identificeren uit het Scepter-systeem (DMS) en feedback, bijdragen aan continue verbeteringsinspanningen.
• Technische bulletins, technische beschrijvingen, campagne-informatie communiceren met de markten.
• Technische reparatiehandleidingen, bedradingsschema's en andere documenten beheren die verband houden met de technische afdeling.
• Ontwikkelen en leveren van trainingsprogramma's aan interne teams.
• Oorzaken van kwaliteitsproblemen onderzoeken en analyseren, nauw samenwerken met relevante teams om corrigerende en preventieve maatregelen te identificeren.
• Deelnemen aan de ontwikkeling en beoordeling van productdocumentatie, specificaties en kwaliteitscontroleplannen.
• Samenwerken met het kwaliteitsteam van het hoofdkantoor om upgrades op te volgen en dienovereenkomstig vrij te geven.
• Rapporteert aan de Head of Aftersales Benelux en maakt deel uit van het Serviceteam.

Kwalificaties:

• MBO diploma of gelijkwaardig in Automotive techniek of een gerelateerd technisch vakgebied.

• 5+ jaar ervaring in technische aftersales ondersteuning.

• Sterke technische kennis van EV's en het vermogen om complexe systemen en processen te begrijpen.

• Uitstekende probleemoplossende en analytische vaardigheden.

• Bekendheid met kwaliteitsnormen en wettelijke vereisten die relevant zijn voor de branche.

• Effectieve communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Kennis van een andere Europese taal is een pluspunt.

• Sterke Customer Service mindset.

• Vermogen om samen te werken in cross-functionele teams en meerdere prioriteiten te beheren.

Aperçu du poste :

L'ingénieur support technique sera le premier interlocuteur des concessionnaires pour toute question technique ou relative au service client. Il assurera également le support technique du réseau Xpeng Benelux et des parties prenantes internes, et contribuera à l'amélioration de notre système de management de la qualité. Le candidat idéal possédera de solides compétences techniques, d'excellentes aptitudes à la résolution de problèmes et un grand souci du détail.

Responsabilités :

• Être le premier interlocuteur de notre réseau pour leurs questions techniques, résoudre les problèmes et apporter des solutions de manière rapide et efficace.
• Collaborer avec les équipes transversales, notamment l'ingénierie qualité, le développement produit, les ventes, etc., afin de traiter et de résoudre efficacement les problèmes des clients.
• Identifier les tendances et les schémas à partir du système Scepter (DMS) et des retours d'information, et contribuer aux efforts d'amélioration continue.
• Communiquer les bulletins techniques, les descriptions techniques et les informations relatives aux campagnes marketing aux marchés.
• Gérer les manuels de réparation technique, les schémas de câblage et autres documents relatifs au service technique.
• Concevoir et animer des programmes de formation pour les équipes internes. - Analyser les causes profondes des problèmes de qualité, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes concernées, afin d'identifier les actions correctives et préventives.
• Participer à l'élaboration et à la révision de la documentation produit, des spécifications et des plans de contrôle qualité.
• Collaborer avec l'équipe qualité du siège pour assurer le suivi et le déploiement des mises à jour.
• Rendre compte au Responsable Après-Vente Benelux et intégrer l'équipe Service.

Qualifications :

• Diplôme de niveau Bac+2 à Bac+5 en ingénierie automobile ou domaine connexe

• Plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans le support technique après-vente.

• Solides connaissances techniques des véhicules électriques et capacité à appréhender des systèmes et processus complexes.

• Excellentes aptitudes à la résolution de problèmes et à l'analyse.

• Connaissance des normes de qualité et des exigences réglementaires applicables au secteur.

• Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite en néerlandais, français et anglais. La maîtrise d'une autre langue européenne est un atout.

• Sens aigu du service client. • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à gérer plusieurs priorités.

• Act as the first point of contact for our network with their technical questions, troubleshooting and providing solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality engineering, product development, sales and others to effectively address and resolve customer issues.
• Identify trends and patterns from the Scepter System (DMS) and feedback, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
• Communicate and write technical bulletins, technical descriptions, campaign information to the markets.
• Manage technical repair manuals, wiring diagrams and other documents related to the technical department.
• Develop and deliver training programs to internal teams.
• Investigate and analyze root causes of quality issues, working closely with relevant teams to identify corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in the development and review of product documentation, specifications and quality control plans.
• Collaborate with the corporate quality team to track and release upgrades accordingly.
• Reports to the Head of Aftersales Benelux and is part of the Service team.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or equivalent in Automotive Engineering or a related technical field.

• 5+ years of experience in technical aftersales support.

• Strong technical knowledge of EVs and the ability to understand complex systems and processes.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Familiarity with quality standards and regulatory requirements relevant to the industry.

• Effective communication skills in Dutch, French and English, both verbal and written. Knowledge of another European language is a plus.

• Strong Customer Service mindset.

• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
