ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency is a high-performing, growing team of nine with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience. I've been a State Farm agent for 10 years and have been with the company for 18 years, starting my career right out of high school. That experience has helped shape a deep understanding of the business and a passion for developing a successful, customer-focused team.

I'm married with two kids, and we stay very involved in our community, including participating in the Polar Plunge fundraiser each year. Giving back and staying connected locally is an important part of who we are.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Taylor Maciaszek - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
