• Guide buyers and sellers through the home-buying and selling process
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong client communication
• Conduct property showings, consultations, and listing appointments
• Negotiate contracts and manage transactions through closing
• Build relationships within the local community and client database
• Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout every transaction

• An active Texas Real Estate License is required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable learning and following proven systems
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Desire to grow both personally and professionally
