I'm currently working on an exciting Site Director opportunity in the Mooresville, IN area with a growing food manufacturing organization.

This is a high-level plant leadership role for someone who is ready to take ownership of overall site operations and lead a team toward safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.

What you'll be responsible for:

Leading overall plant operations, including Production, Maintenance, Engineering & Quality

Developing and holding Managers & Supervisors accountable

Driving continuous improvement, productivity, and operational efficiency

Managing budgets, costs, and capital improvement projects

Ensuring strong food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance

Building a strong culture of employee engagement, accountability, and development

Partnering with corporate and cross-functional teams to meet business and customer needs

Identifying opportunities to improve throughput, equipment performance, and profitability

What we're looking for:

8+ years of leadership experience in food manufacturing xhyhwjd

Plant/Site Management experience

Experience leading multiple departments and management-level employees

Strong understanding of KPIs, continuous improvement, and operational performance

Experience with budgets and capital projects

Strong people leadership and communication skills
