Title: Critical Care Registered Nurse
Pay Rate: $540-45/HR 
Length of Assignment: 13 Weeks
Work Location: Grapevine, TX
Work Schedule: 1st position 34 hours a week: Tue 1130-22-, Weds 0800-2030, Thursday 0930-220 Call every Thursday 2200-0700 and every 6th weekend/Sat/Sun 1800-0700| 2nd position 32 hours per week, Wed 0930-2200, Thur  1030-2200, Friday 1030-2100 with call every Friday night 2200-0700 and every 6th weekend call Sat/Sun 1900-0700
Specialty: PACU
Certification/Degree Requirements: RN, BLS, ACLS, PALS
Top Skills/Min :  2 years critical care exp, with at least one year of inpatient acute care PACU exp

JOB SUMMARY
The Registered Nurse (RN) is a licensed professional who uses the BSWH nursing professional practice model to coordinate patient care delivery by the health care team. Using the nursing process, the RN assesses the patient, identifies nursing diagnoses based on responses to health problems, develops and implements an individualized plan of care, and evaluates the patient's response. The RN promotes safe passage for their patients by using knowledge of patient needs and the healthcare environment to assist patients to transition through the healthcare encounter without any preventable complications or delays. The RN delegates interventions to health care personnel based on the Texas Nursing Practice Act, each patient's condition and the competencies of the employee.RN job is to be used for RNs in hospital inpatient and outpatient departments with 24X7 staffing which include those departments with on-call staffing on the off shifts.
