Industrial Electromechanical Maintenance Technician

OverviewLocation: Richmond, VA | Schedule: 40 hours per week on four 10-hour shifts (early AM and early PM start options) | Pay: $22.38–$27.38 per hour with excellent benefitsPicture your day: you arrive for an early start, review your preventive maintenance queue, walk the floor to spot issues before they become downtime, and jump into hands-on electromechanical troubleshooting when equipment demands it. You collaborate with production to keep overall equipment effectiveness high, document your work thoroughly, and share know-how with teammates.
