As a Middleware Messaging Engineer, you will be part of the Infrastructure Engineering department supporting enterprise-scale middleware and messaging platforms. The ideal candidate will demonstrate resilience, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization. Role Middleware Messaging Engineer Location 300 South Brevard Street, Charlotte, NC 28202 (Hybrid‑3 days onsite per week) Position Type 18+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion Job Type Only W2! Job Description Experienced Infrastructure Engineering professional with 7+ years of delivering enterprise‑scale technology solutions across Middleware and Messaging platforms. Strong expertise in IBM MQ ecosystems, systems administration, automation, incident management, and cross‑functional collaboration. Core Qualifications 7+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience across enterprise environments. 5+ years of hands‑on experience managing large‑scale Middleware Messaging platforms such as IBM MQ (WebSphere MQ), IBM Message Broker / ACE / IIB, Kafka, Solace. Strong experience supporting enterprise‑level, highly available, mission‑critical environments.
