Responsibilities: Define and own program charters for moderately complex acquisition integrations, focusing on the migration of lead-to-cash workflows. Perform technical due diligence to evaluate the engineering scope and complexity of the acquisition's current CRM and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Build trusted relationships with executive IT and business operations leaders at acquired companies to enable proactive decision-making. Anticipate the organizational change management requirements of shifting a business from industry-standard systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) to Google-specific platforms. Establish and optimize regular checkpoints and metrics dashboards to track the health of the integration and the stability of post-migration systems.
