Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet current and future staffing needs.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding.
- Attend job fairs, career events, and networking functions to attract top talent.
- Source candidates using databases, social media, and professional networks.
- Coordinate background checks, drug screening, and employment eligibility verifications.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees to ensure a positive start.
- Ensure all hiring practices comply with internal policies, labor laws, and gaming regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience recruiting in a unionized or regulated industry.
- Bilingual skills (Spanish or other languages) are a plus.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older to be considered.
- Must be able to clear pre-employment drug screening.
- Clear fingerprinting/background check.
