Mobile Pet Groomer

This role involves traveling to client homes to provide full-service grooming, from bathing and haircuts to nail trims, all while delivering exceptional customer service and professional pet care. Barkley Square is looking for a talented and dedicated Mobile Pet Groomer to join our team. We operate a state-of-the-art mobile grooming van, bringing high-quality pet spa services directly to our clients' homes. This role is perfect for a self-starter who is comfortable with both driving a large vehicle and providing top-notch grooming services. Responsibilities: Operate and maintain a mobile grooming van, ensuring it is clean, well‑stocked, and in good working order. Travel to clients' homes to provide scheduled grooming appointments. Perform a variety of grooming services, including bathing, drying, haircuts, de‑shedding, nail trims, and ear cleaning. Interact professionally and compassionately with both pets and their owners. Manage a daily schedule of appointments, including client communication and appointment confirmations. Handle all aspects of the grooming process, from check‑in to check‑out, and collect payments. Maintain accurate records of each pet's services and any special notes. Qualifications: Proven experience as a professional pet groomer. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Experience driving a large van or similar vehicle is a plus. Excellent dog-handling skills and a deep understanding of animal behavior. Strong communication and customer service skills.
