You’ll get to:Solve end-user problems through troubleshooting minor repairs, alignment, and calibration of equipment, as well as product performance and trial tests to achieve optimum product performance.Coordinate with Territory Account Manager(s) to manage your territory, develop target opportunities, and handle service/maintenance requests for existing customers.Utilize SFDC to collect and maintain data about products, machines, materials, end users, and distribution for both Lenox and competitive accounts.Stay updated on industry trends by attending trade shows and seminars and learning about innovative technology.Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot distributor welding equipment.Motivate distributors and keep distributor sales personnel focused on technical services as a value-added service when selling.Identify end-user applications to provide cost-effective product recommendations that improve customer quality of process for sawing operations.Coordinate and implement technical product and application solutions that extend value to customers, consumers, and sales representatives.Learn, understand, and apply all aspects of The Lenox Advantage, Site Survey Process, and reporting tool.Convince customers of the value of LENOX products, running product trials against competitors and demonstrating the benefits of analyzing price vs. cost.The Person:You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. Total target cash compensation offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and in compliance with local wage requirements. This role is eligible for a sales incentive plan or commission. Therefore, the total target cash compensation range is inclusive of base salary and target variable cash compensation.
