Installer Service Specialist

Job Title The Installer Service Specialist is an experienced and technical parts specialist who services the needs of professional customers through the store’s installer counter. Compensation Pay Range: $16.90 - $24.90 per hour (actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage). Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance premiums in specific circumstances. Responsibilities Work with installers and professional customers to develop sales relationships. Take customer orders over the phone and online, invoice orders, and accurately pick and stage parts for delivery. Route delivery specialists to ensure customers receive their orders in a consistent and timely manner. Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced, inspected, and mileage recorded according to company standards. Collaborate with Sales Specialists and Territory Sales Managers to provide superior service to professional customers. Verify product and merchandise billing, including warranty parts and cores, before customers leave the store. Process new core and warranty returns, ensuring they are picked up and credited in a timely manner. Audit customer returns for warranty abuse and correctly tag and label returns. Assist on the front counter, retail counter, and backroom as needed, including auto‑load, returns, and stock duties. Assist with customer labor claims, ensuring quick and efficient processing. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong background in mechanics. Above-average communication skills. Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs (desired). ASE Certification (desired). Fluency in multiple languages, with Spanish highly desired. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
