Head of Events & Field Marketing
Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid – 3 days/week in-office)

Our client is a pioneer in the health-tech industry , utilizing AI to fundamentally transform the patient experience. After a landmark year featuring 20x revenue growth and managing over 100M patient interactions, they are ready to scale their most critical pipeline channel.
As the first Field Marketing hire , you will be a "zero-to-one" builder. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will have the autonomy to design a national strategy, manage a multi-million dollar budget, and hire a distributed team from the ground up.
What You'll DoStrategy & Architecture: Design and operationalize a scalable field marketing strategy aligned with sales territories and aggressive pipeline goals.
Team Leadership: Hire, lead, and mentor a high-performing, distributed team of regional field marketers to execute 100+ events annually .
Creative Vision: Own the end-to-end experience design for all events, creating differentiated formats specifically for executive-level audiences.
Budget & ROI: Direct a multi-million dollar budget, maintaining strict cost controls and sophisticated ROI reporting.
Sales Synergy: Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Business Development, and Provider Success to ensure seamless pre-event outreach and post-event conversion.
The Experience: 6–10 years in B2B SaaS Field and Events Marketing, specifically within high-growth startup environments.
The "Builder" Mindset: A proven track record of building field marketing programs from scratch (0-to-1) or successfully transforming legacy programs.
Scale: Experience managing 50+ events annually with a direct, measurable impact on pipeline.
Leadership: Demonstrated success in hiring and managing a distributed marketing team.
Analytical Rigor: Deep fluency in pipeline metrics (sourced vs. influenced, CPO) and the ability to point to specific numbers (e.g., "$XM sourced in Q3").
Presence: Exceptional executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Massive Impact: You are owning a primary growth engine for a company that is already seeing 20x year-over-year revenue growth.
Creative Freedom: You aren't just following a playbook; you're writing it.
Resources: You will have the financial backing of a multi-million dollar budget to execute your vision at a national scale.
