• Provide comprehensive patient care in a Hem/Onc setting under established clinical guidelines
• Perform patient assessments, review medical histories, and support ongoing patient management
• Monitor patient progress, document findings, and communicate updates to the care team
• Assist with treatment coordination, follow-up visits, and ongoing disease management
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and supportive care needs
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
