Job Position: 3rd Shift Warehouse Lead Location: Early Branch, SC 29916 Pay Rate: $23.00 - $30.00 an hour Shift: Mon - Sun (10:00pm to 6:30am) Must have a flexible schedule Description: Coastal Employment is currently seeking experienced Lead Warehouse Supervisors for a growing warehouse operation. We are looking for dependable, hands-on leaders who can oversee warehouse activities, support employees, maintain productivity, and help ensure operations run safely and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse leadership experience who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day operation and knows how to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES As a Lead Warehouse Supervisor, you will help oversee daily warehouse operations and provide leadership and direction to employees on your assigned shift. Lead, direct, and support warehouse employees throughout the shift
Coordinate daily workflow, assignments, and production priorities
Monitor employee performance, attendance, productivity, and work quality
Ensure orders, materials, and products are handled accurately and efficiently
Assist with receiving, shipping, picking, staging, inventory, and general warehouse activities
Ensure employees follow company policies, procedures, and safety requirements
Monitor workflow and address issues that may affect productivity or deadlines
Train and coach employees on proper warehouse procedures and expectations
Communicate shift updates, staffing concerns, and operational issues to management
Maintain accurate documentation and records as required
Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Assist with resolving employee and operational issues professionally
Lead by example and promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment
Perform other warehouse and leadership duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Previous warehouse leadership, lead, supervisor, or team lead experience preferred
Strong understanding of warehouse operations and workflow
Ability to lead, motivate, and hold employees accountable
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working independently and making decisions when necessary
Ability to follow and enforce company policies and safety procedures
Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse systems
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical warehouse duties for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
