Employer Industry: Electrical Infrastructure Solutions Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $176,300.00, with additional incentives for exceeding sales goals Opportunity for career advancement and growth within a global company Flexible remote work option with a requirement to travel up to 50% Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans Supportive company culture focused on innovation, integrity, and community involvement Engaging work environment with opportunities to make a meaningful impact What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Lead and manage the sales process to achieve revenue and margin targets in the Commercial & Industrial Bus Duct market Cultivate and expand relationships with key Industrial, EPC, and Commercial energy customers Collaborate with internal teams to develop technical solutions and proposals that meet customer requirements Drive sales pipeline development through active prospecting and qualification of new opportunities Maintain market awareness and provide accurate forecasting and strategic input for business reviews What is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent outside sales experience Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry Proven experience working with Industrial power generation, EPCs, or renewable energy developers Strong consultative sales skills and ability to manage long sales cycles Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience with LV/MV equipment, MCCs, bus systems, or integrated solutions Demonstrated ability to lead and align independent manufacturer representative agency performance Strong leadership and communication skills in both verbal and written forms Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
