Software Engineer Task Author

To contribute to AI development, the freelance Software Engineer Task Author will design and calibrate authentic engineering challenges remotely, focusing on diagnosing integration failures, debugging code, and creating scoring rubrics for AI training. Key Responsibilities Author realistic engineering task prompts related to integration failures and debugging Write scoring rubrics to define correctness criteria and validate tasks in live environments Calibrate task difficulty by adjusting code complexity and failure modes to challenge AI models Required Qualifications Working software engineer with hands-on, industry-level experience Fluency in Git and version control workflows Strong debugging skills with experience in reading logs and tracing failures Experience with infrastructure, integrations, and configuration code Ability to write and verify code fixes in live or simulated environments
