Associate Operator, Production - Arcadia, WI

Associate Operator Location: Arcadia, WI – Onsite Schedule: 12‑hour night shift (2‑2‑3 schedule). Training and orientation hours from 8AM to 4PM, Monday through Friday. After training, work the 12‑hour night shifts on the 2‑2‑3 schedule. Key Responsibilities Operate process equipment to manufacture new and existing products according to the operations plan. Follow SOPs, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), safety and regulatory requirements to ensure products meet established specifications. Perform routine tasks such as adding ingredients, packaging, and cleaning. Communicate manufacturing status, delays, equipment problems, or deviations to the Shift Team Lead and other operators. Document all production activities by completing Manufacturing Performance Report (MPR) entries, cleaning records, logbooks, withdrawal sheets, and other paperwork to provide an accurate paper trail for each batch. Monitor production progress by taking equipment readings, evaluating particles with a microscope, and performing in‑process testing to meet quality requirements. Accommodate additional accountability and responsibilities as provided by leadership. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; a process‑technology degree or equivalent preferred. Minimum 6 months of experience in a production environment. Ability to operate mechanized equipment such as lift trucks, hand trucks, and pallet jacks safely. Ability to work varied shift patterns, overtime, and frequent changes in production plans. Compensation and Benefits Hourly wage: $21.00 – $24.00 Additional benefits include annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs, and other eligible benefits.
