Toyota Sunnyvale is hiring a Sales Consultant to join our team. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, follows a process, and is willing to put in the daily effort it takes to be successful in automotive sales. This is not just a "sit and wait" sales position. Success comes from follow-up, communication, product knowledge, customer service, and consistently using our A-to-Z sales process.

Our team follows a structured A-to-Z sales process, so customers receive a consistent, professional experience from the first conversation through vehicle delivery. Training and coaching are provided, but we are looking for someone who is motivated, dependable, and open to learning.

Expected earnings: $50,000-$300,000 annually. Actual earnings vary based on individual performance.

Responsibilities include generating appointments and sales, assisting clients and phone calls, responding to clients professionally, quoting pricing and rates, understanding and implementing the sales process, learning product knowledge, building rapport, performing presentations, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Requirements include 1+ years of previous sales experience, automotive sales experience, friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong work ethic, the willingness to follow up with clients, a valid in-state driver's license, and an acceptable driving record. Weekends are required.
