Assistant Meat Manager

Responsibilities Ensures day‑to‑day operations and sales of the department run smoothly. Leads and engages the team, encourages teamwork, and supports team growth. Qualifications 18 years of age or older. Prior experience leading others. Willingness to obtain certifications as required. Willingness to learn, adapt, and seek new skills & experiences. History of ensuring customers have a seamless shopping experience. Uses time and resources efficiently and effectively. Acts with integrity, pride, and passion day in and day out. For Bakery: 1 year or more of experience as a Baker. For Meat: Knowledge of and ability to process different cuts of meat, and previous experience working in a meat department with various tools.
