Registered Nurse – Cardiac Cath Lab / EP

Contract | Days, 4x10-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting, including circulating and conscious sedation for procedures
• Support cardiac and peripheral vascular procedures including Cardiac Cath, High Risk PCI, Peripheral Interventions, Carotid Stents, and TAVR/Mitraclip workups
• Operate and assist with specialized equipment including Impella, Shockwave, Rotoblator, CSI, IABP, and Laser devices
• Care for patients presenting with Coronary Disease, Peripheral Vascular Disease, Valvular Disease, STEMI/NSTEMI, and related diagnoses
• Participate in on-call responsibilities as needed
• Document patient care accurately using Cerner EMR

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license – Florida state license or valid compact license required at time of submittal
• Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab RN experience required
• Current ACLS and BCLS certifications required
• Circulating experience required
• Conscious sedation skills required
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical or religious exemptions accepted)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner EMR strongly preferred
• Background in research procedures within a Cath Lab environment
• Experience in a short-term acute care or teaching hospital setting
