Job Description The Lifeguard is responsible for ensuring the safety of all waterpark guests by preventing, recognizing, and responding to emergencies. This role requires alertness and a commitment to maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment. As a Waterpark Lifeguard, you will: Enforce safety rules to prevent accidents Inspect and maintain waterpark equipment Provide first aid, CPR, or other life-saving treatmentswhen needed Maintainconstant surveillance of waterpark guests; acts immediately and appropriately to secure guest safety Attend scheduled ”In-service” training Qualifications Prior experience in as a lifeguard is preferred Must pass Westgate Swim Test Regularly lift, pull, push and or/move up to 50 pounds Able to bend, stoop, stand, walk, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb stairs, for up to eight (8) hours Exposure to outdoor elements and varying temperatures Lifeguard Trained and certified (or willing to be trained) First Aid & CPR trained and certified (or willing to be trained) Additional Information Why Westgate?
