Parts Sales Coordinator

The Parts Sales Coordinator works in support of the Parts Sales Manager and the Parts Division Manager ensuring parts orders are processed and received by customers. Pay Range $26 - $30 per hour Essential Duties and Responsibilities Productivity and Quality Quote, sell, prepare purchase orders and package parts for shipping. Pull parts from inventory. Receive inventory in the system. Maintain parts inventory by ordering as needed and maintain in QuickBooks. Oversee Glycol/Oil. Order Glycol/Oil. Maintain all paperwork and customer files in a neat and orderly manner. Customer Contact Assist customers in placing orders, check on order and billing issues. Follow‑up on "orders with issues" until they are resolved (credits/returns, etc.). Make decisions based on customer needs, desires and expectations and on APCCO standards. Provide free‑flowing information and cooperation between customer and APCCO project management and parts team. Work with project teams to find best approaches to handle customer requests. Consider the importance of internal/external customer relationships when planning/conducting work and plays a vital role in open communication with customers and suppliers. Personal Support a positive team atmosphere by modeling and promoting teamwork, diversity, cooperation, communication, professionalism, and respectful mannerisms among all APCCO team members, and hold others accountable to do the same. Purchase supplies and other expenses in the most effective manner with an effort to save on operational costs. Use resources in the most effective and efficient manner and share these with project management team. Abide by approved budgets. Travel Travel is not expected for this position. Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment and is in an open room with constant activity and interaction with cross‑functional divisions, departments, and sections, including working in an open warehouse with shelves of parts/equipment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment, such as computers, phone, photocopies, filing cabinets, fax machines and other equipment as needed. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Fluent in QuickBooks and other company‑based programs. Position Type / Expected Hours of Work This is a full‑time position. Days and hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, however, based on the needs of the job, work hours may vary. Required Education & Experience 3 years of increasing customer service experience. Refrigeration equipment and component knowledge/requisition experience. All APCCO employees who drive company owned vehicles or drive their own vehicle for company purposes must read, understand and follow the requirements of the APCCO Motor Vehicle Policy and Vehicle Maintenance Policy. Maintain a valid driver’s license. Provide a clear DMV record that is insurable with our company vehicle insurance carrier, including no accidents, incidents or DUI in the past 5 years (and updated annually). Participate in company‑sponsored programs to maintain or improve driver safety. Preferred Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business related field.
