Shift Leader

Purpose The Shift Leader reports directly to the General Manager and assists in achieving the restaurant's people, operational and financial goals. Key Accountabilities People Assists GM in achieving restaurant staffing and development goals Assists GM in monitoring and improving employee morale Coaches staff personally Supports training of employees Ensures safety is everyone's top priority Ensures compliance with all applicable laws Ensures compliance with all company policies Financials Assists GM in achieving sales and profits to plan Displays urgency in correcting daily financial control deficiencies Operations Delivers and improves delivery of operational standards Ensures execution of excellent customer service Executes shift deployment as the MIC Assists GM to ensure all food safety and brand standards are executed Opens or closes restaurant as required Safety Ensures that safety is a priority for all employees Acts in a safe manner and does not put self or others at risk Safety is everyone's responsibility Other Functions Performs other duties as assigned Decision-Making Shift operations Restaurant operations Parameters for Success Complete all essential functions Compliance with all Brand and Company Standards and targets Guests, in-store operators, operations management, office staff, maintenance, and vendors Competencies + Professional Job Profile Working Conditions Minimal hazards General restaurant and office working conditions Qualifications High School Diploma Physical and/or Medical Requirements Must obtain a Tuberculosis Clearance Certificate $18.00 per hour.
