This position is initially offered as a contract role, with the opportunity to transition into a long-term, permanent position based on performance and mutual alignment. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Design high-impact campaign advertisements, collateral, and a variety of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with client’s brand identity. Collaborate closely with the brand team to strategically shape and drive the visual direction of our brand. Develop and pitch innovative creative concepts, partnering with team members to execute forward-thinking marketing initiatives. Clearly and confidently articulate the reasoning behind your design decisions to stakeholders. Produce high-quality deliverables within tight deadlines while adeptly managing multiple priorities. Maintain exceptional quality control standards to ensure all finalized materials are error‑free and meet expectations. Support various employee‑facing projects and communications, elevating the internal branding experience. Stay informed on cutting‑edge design trends and leverage best practices to deliver fresh and relevant creative solutions. REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor’s degree required Experience: 2+ years of relevant graphic design experience A portfolio link showcasing your creative expertise (please embed your portfolio link in your resume submission) Location: Hybrid schedule with the expectation of working at least three days a week out of Falls Church location SKILLS Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft platforms. Strong creative and analytical skills to approach design challenges with innovative solutions. Excellent communication abilities to effectively interface with team members and stakeholders. Exceptional critical thinking and problem‑solving skills for navigating complex design assignments. A keen attention to detail, ensuring the delivery of polished and precise work. Proven ability to excel under tight deadlines with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
