Cardiac Anesthesiology locums coverage in Indiana with regular OR days plus a defined block of cardiac call around the holiday week. Inpatient practice using Epic, stepping in for vacation coverage.

Practice Setting

• Inpatient anesthesia service with general and cardiac coverage
• Case mix includes general anesthesia, OB, vascular, cath lab, healthy peds, occasional NORA, and basic nerve blocks
• Supported by 11 physicians in the practice plus 1 assistant
• Typical daily volume, adults 9 to 10 per day; peds 0 to 2 per day; trauma 1 to 2 per month

Schedule

• Scheduled hours are 7:00am to 3:00pm on weekdays
• Regular OR days are Monday through Thursday
• Cardiac call coverage runs 7:00am December 24 through 7:00am December 28, covering the 24th to 27th

Cases and Procedures

• Cardiac anesthesia coverage
• General adult and general pediatric cases
• OB, vascular, thoracic, orthopedic, spine, and spinal anesthesia

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years in Anesthesiology
• Cardiac Anesthesiology accepted
• Indiana license required, open to IMLC Physicians with an active LOQ
