Manager, Commission Systems Delivery

Spectrum seeks a Manager, Commission Systems Delivery to oversee business requirements and execution of the system testing process for the Commission Systems team. This hands-on role will lead a business analyst staff who are collectively responsible for project implementation, requirement gathering, and testing/confirmation that said requirements are being delivered. Responsible for strategic development and implementation of assigned projects and ensures timely completion as scheduled. Serves as the liaison between the various business operations functional groups impacted by a particular initiative with strong understanding of the structure, policies, and operations of an organization, and recommends solutions to improve general business processes and planning.How You’ll Make an Impact   Lead and mentor project managers and business analysts to execute Commission Systems projects and enterprise initiativesOversee and streamline the Change Request intake process, ensuring thorough documentation and timely submissionsProvide consultative support to business stakeholders, prioritizing requests and recommending solutions for effective task completionCoordinate and facilitate kick-off meetings for major development projects, aligning resources for successful deliveryManage project documentation, prepare summaries for stakeholder and senior leadership reviewCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality features, user experience and adherence to business specificationsDevelop test plans with QA teams, conduct software testing to confirm requirements are met and identify opportunities for workflow automationWorking Conditions   Office environmentOccasional non-standard shifts and travel requiredWhat You’ll Bring to Spectrum   Required Qualifications   Education  Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience   5+ years of project management experienceSkills   Ability to read, write, speak and understand EnglishAbility to work independently and supervise othersStrong oral and written communication skillsEffective multitasking and deadline managementCollaborative problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesData analysis and interpretation skillsSound judgment, initiative and ability to work under pressureExperience working with cross-functional internal and external teamsAbility to establish rapport, define expectations and secure project commitmentsProfessional attitude with discretion and approachabilityInterpersonal skills with confidence and diplomacyAttention to detail and critical thinkingNegotiation skills with stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsEducationSuccessful completion of a recognized project management curriculum or Project Management Professional (PMP) certificationExperience3+ years of management or leadership experience leading compensation administration/testing/QA teams5+ years of experience with enterprise level commission systems 5+ yearsThorough knowledge of sales commission plans and compensation processes#LI-LYR HCP530 2026-83260 HCP530 2026 Here, our employees don’t just have jobs, they're building careers.
