Product & Implementation Specialist, Fintech

Salary: $60,000 - 80,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• We look for at least 2 years of experience in fintech, Banking-as-a-Service, digital banking, product, operations, client success, project coordination, or financial services.
• Experience supporting client, vendor, fintech, or partner relationships in a regulated or operationally complex environment is preferred.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills are essential, including managing open items, deadlines, deliverables, dependencies, and follow-ups.
• You should be able to prepare clear meeting notes, status updates, reporting materials, and executive-ready summaries.
• A basic understanding of fintech operating models, BaaS partnerships, deposit products, payments, or third-party risk considerations is preferred.
• Experience working cross-functionally with technology, compliance, risk, operations, product, or client-facing teams is required.
• You must be able to analyze information, spot trends or issues, and escalate matters appropriately.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are needed to communicate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
• You should be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• We value experience translating business needs, partner requests, or functional asks into clear internal action items.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and adapt to shifting demands is important.
• You should be comfortable learning new systems, tools, reporting processes, and fintech operating models.
• Creativity, initiative, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision are important.
• You must be able to communicate the right level of process and technical detail across different organizations and hierarchies.

• We support our core vision and values while partnering with the Client Success Manager, the FinTech Services team, and internal stakeholders.
• We coordinate day-to-day activity with assigned fintech partners, including meeting follow-up, open-item tracking, status updates, and routing partner requests internally.
• We help manage fintech onboarding by tracking deliverables, coordinating information requests, maintaining readiness checklists, and supporting cross-functional project meetings.
• We monitor partner requests, operational issues, escalations, and follow-up items to support timely communication and resolution.
• We build, maintain, and update partner trackers, reporting materials, pipeline records, due diligence logs, and partner health summaries.
• We collaborate with Compliance, Risk Management, Information Security, Credit, Technology, and Operations on due diligence, monitoring, and change-management activities.
• We keep partner records accurate, including onboarding status, key contacts, product scope, open deliverables, approvals, and readiness milestones.
• We research markets, industries, and partners to support pipeline reviews, partner analysis, and relationship management.
• We look for ways to improve partner experience, internal workflows, reporting consistency, and cross-functional collaboration.
• We assist with technical product ownership for FinTech Services platforms, integrations, workflows, and partner-facing capabilities.
• We collect, organize, and analyze data used for partner performance reviews, executive reporting, risk monitoring, transactional processing, and operational decision-making.
• We support the creation and refinement of standardized playbooks, workflows, reporting templates, meeting materials, and communication tools.
• We work with internal teams to coordinate partner initiatives, testing cycles, releases, operational readiness activities, and post-launch support.
• We partner with Technology and data teams to troubleshoot system issues, investigate data exceptions, and share findings with internal and external stakeholders.
• We document decisions, approvals, dependencies, risks, and next steps to maintain clarity and accountability.
• We ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including Bank Secrecy Act requirements.
