This position offers a day shift schedule with 36 guaranteed hours per week. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide care and rehabilitation services. This role requires a compassionate approach to patient care and a commitment to improving the physical capacity and overall wellness of our clients. Responsibilities Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress. Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current Physical Therapist license. Experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
