We’re currently seeking a Video Editor Intern who’s ready to take ownership of real-world projects, collaborate across departments, and create content that makes a measurable difference in how our message is seen and shared.

Position Overview

This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who thrives on bringing ideas to life through video. You’ll edit and produce content for marketing campaigns, social media, classes, and upcoming commercials, capturing the energy and purpose of our brand. Once your content is published, you’ll be eligible for bonuses and commission-based pay tied directly to engagement metrics, campaign results, and project success.

This role is ideal for someone creative, technically skilled, and passionate about storytelling, with the ability to translate our brand’s mission into visually compelling, emotionally resonant content.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Editing & Production: Edit footage for social media, website content, and marketing campaigns using professional editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar).
  
• Creative Storytelling: Bring Coach Kee’s 360 Training’s mission to life through engaging and inspiring video narratives.
  
• Content Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and storyboard new content ideas that align with campaign goals.
  
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all videos maintain brand tone, color, and messaging consistency across platforms.
  
• Media Management: Organize, label, and manage footage, assets, and version control for all ongoing projects.
  
• Social Media Integration: Format content for optimal performance across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and leadership teams to meet deadlines and ensure high-quality production standards.
  
• Performance Tracking: Review engagement metrics to measure video success and inform future projects.
  
• Innovation & Initiative: Experiment with new editing techniques, transitions, and storytelling formats to keep content fresh and impactful.
  

Ideal Candidate

• Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software
• Strong understanding of social media trends and short-form storytelling
• Highly organized, with strong time management and attention to detail
• Able to take direction and work independently when needed
• Strong creative vision with a passion for youth empowerment and wellness
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
