We're looking for an energetic, organized, and results-driven Regional Field Marketer to help expand the presence of a growing telecommunications provider in the Montgomery, TX market.

This exciting opportunity combines event marketing, community outreach, and direct residential customer acquisition .

You'll play a key role in building relationships within the community, organizing promotional events, representing fiber-optic internet services, and helping drive customer growth.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Execution

• Plan, coordinate, and execute community events, trade shows, promotional activations, product launches, and local marketing initiatives.
• Manage event logistics, including venue coordination, vendors, audiovisual equipment, promotional materials, and on-site execution.
• Coordinate event setup, breakdown, and transportation of equipment and supplies.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align events with business objectives.
• Monitor event performance, track leads, and provide reports on campaign results.

Customer Acquisition & Community Engagement

• Engage directly with prospective residential customers at local events and through neighborhood outreach.
• Conduct door-to-door marketing in targeted residential communities to support new customer acquisition.
• Educate potential customers about fiber-optic internet services and their benefits.
• Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and expand local market presence.
• Collect customer leads and coordinate follow-up communications.
• Support promotional campaigns designed to generate new residential customers.

Marketing & Reporting

• Support the development of local marketing strategies and promotional materials.
• Monitor local market opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Track outreach results and recommend improvements to future campaigns.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field marketing, event planning, experiential marketing, or a related role.
• Experience in telecommunications, internet services, or technology is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable approaching and engaging potential customers face-to-face.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple events and activities independently.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working toward customer acquisition goals.
• Willingness to conduct door-to-door marketing and outdoor community outreach.
• Ability to travel locally and work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $60,000–$65,000 annually.
• Commission: $50 per qualifying new residential customer sale.
• Monthly Customer Acquisition Target: 40 new residential customers.

Work Environment

This is a primarily field-based position supporting the Montgomery, TX market , with occasional visits to an office in Houston.

The position involves local travel, outdoor marketing activities, community events, and direct residential customer outreach. Some evening and weekend work may be required depending on event schedules.
