Warehouse Selector

An established industrial distribution company in southern New Hampshire is adding a High Bay Selector to its overnight team.

You'll pull product from upper rack locations, then move and stage it with a Class 3 electric pallet jack or tow tractor for the morning shipping wave. The job is accuracy at height — every pick verified, every order staged right, on pace, overnight.

What You'll Do

• Operate a reach truck or order picker to select product from elevated rack locations
• Operate Class 3 powered equipment such as electric pallet jack and tow tractor to move and stage product
• Work pick lists with a handheld scanner
• Verify part numbers and quantities on every order
• Stage completed orders in the outbound area for the next shipping wave
• Keep the work area safe and organized through the shift

What You Bring

• Warehouse or manufacturing experience
• Class 3 equipment experience (electric pallet jack, tow tractor)
• Comfort working at height, with focus and precision
• Attention to detail and the ability to hold pace overnight
• Stable work history and reliable attendance

What's Offered

• $22.00/hour, paid weekly by direct deposit
• Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM — consistent third shift, no rotating schedule
• Temp-to-hire: converts to a permanent role based on performance and attendance
