Job Description Crete Carrier is Now Hiring Dedicated CDL-A Drivers for a Walmart RouteTop 50% Average $122,087 per Year
- Leading Pay Plus Carrier At Crete Carrier and Shaffer Trucking, we continue to lead the way in driver pay.

Great Pay and Benefits:Starting Pay: 76
- 82 CPM + an extra 6 CPM on weekends
*Annual pay: the top 50% of Crete drivers earn over $112,087 per yearWeekly pay: the top 50% of Crete drivers average $2,154 per weekIndustry-leading benefitsHealth from BCBS, dental, vision, life, & 401(k)401(k): $103 million to employee retirement accounts since 2018Annual profit sharing: $11.5 million in profit sharing in 2025
