Market Expansion & Business Development – Strengthen brand positioning in luxury markets, develop strategic partnerships, and drive high-value project opportunities. Financial Oversight & Profitability – Utilize financial metrics to guide decision-making, optimize pricing models, and drive efficiency in budgeting and forecasting. Qualifications Proven experience in senior leadership roles in high-end design/build landscape construction and maintenance, or related industries. Expertise in driving revenue growth with high-value properties. Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L management, and forecasting. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with high-net-worth clients. Knowledge of premium market trends and client expectations. Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred.
