Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Medical-Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work in diverse clinical settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients in various Medical-Surgical units.
• Float between multiple units as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to different clinical environments.
• Perform assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions based on patient needs.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition promptly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a medical-surgical setting.
• Previous travel nursing experience is required.
• Epic experience is strongly preferred.
• Current nursing license in the state of employment.

Work Schedule

• Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00)
• Night shift: 4x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00)

Additional Information

All requests for time off must be included at the time of submission or prior to accepting an offer. Candidates with experience at the PCU level and the ability to support higher acuity situations may be considered for increased responsibilities.
