Our continued growth is driven by exceptional talent, and we are seeking a Corporate Recruiter to help attract and hire top performers across our organization.The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting for a variety of corporate and owner services call center positions. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.The ideal candidate has previous experience recruiting for corporate functions and call center environments and thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability setting.Essential ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboardingRecruit for corporate departments including administrative, finance, human resources, marketing, technology, customer service, and owner services call center positionsDevelop and execute sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreachConduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fitBuild strong relationships with hiring managers and provide recruiting guidance throughout the hiring processMaintain accurate candidate records and activity within the applicant tracking systemCoordinate interviews, offer presentations, background checks, and onboarding activitiesMonitor recruiting metrics and provide updates on hiring progressPromote Capital Vacations as an employer of choice within the community and through various recruiting channelsQualificationsMinimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experiencePrevious experience recruiting for corporate positions and call center environments requiredStrong sourcing and candidate engagement skillsExperience working within an applicant tracking systemExcellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with hiring managers and leadershipPreferred QualificationsExperience recruiting within hospitality, vacation ownership, customer service, or related industriesExperience supporting high-volume hiring initiativesWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryMedical, dental, and vision benefitsPaid time off and holidays401(k) with company matchCareer growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organizationThis is an on-site position based in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
