Patient Services Supervisor

Position: Assistant Patient Dining Services Manager Location: UofL Jewish Hospital, Louisville KY We are seeking a Food Service Manager with polished communication skills, and technical skills including various software, digital ordering systems and smart phones. This position will assist in the leadership of our hospital in-patient dining services team, and will include team supervision, patient relations, and overall operational logistics. MUST have a background in Contract Dining Services. Healthcare experience is a strong plus. Metz Culinary Management is growing and we have openings for a Rock Star Patient Food Services Supervisor who shares our passion for Food and Service. The primary focus of our Patient Services Supervisor is assisting with the overall leadership of the Server Team and oversight of the Patient Experience, ensuring amazing food, unexpected service and the ability to engage with our patients to utilize the ordering system and/or assist in the menu selections and follow up to ensure satisfaction. A successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of the importance of Customer Relations, Dining Experience, and Employee Management. Experience desired in a healthcare setting with patient/resident dining service hands on knowledge. Hospitality is key along with outstanding communication skills.
