Home Health Occupational Therapist (PRN)-Sugar Land

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Sugar Land, TX. In this role, you will partner closely with patients on their recovery journey, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life within the comfort of their own homes. Essential Job Functions Evaluating patient conditions and creating individualized treatment plans Implementing therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills Educating patients and families on techniques to support recovery and independence Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as needed Why Join Us?
