Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and deliver physical therapy programs to help patients recover and improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities
• Document patient information for evaluation in accordance with departmental guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Educate patients and their family members about treatment plans, schedules, and home exercise programs
• Analyze and record therapeutic progress of patients and recommend necessary adjustments to treatment
• Follow established guidelines, regulations, standards, and safety procedures throughout the therapy process

Required Qualifications

• Active Minnesota state Physical Therapist license required
• Education level appropriate for state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Ability to obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an outpatient or peak performance/sports medicine setting
• Valid driver's license (may be required depending on assignment specifics)
