Mancan Staffing is assisting a manufacturing facility in Navarre that is looking for a dependable Machine Helper to join their team! Candidates will be working as a Hooper Helper. Pay: BOE PLUS a $1.55/hour Attendance Bonus if you work all scheduled hours for the week! Shift:Monday Friday6:00 AM 2:30 PMJob Duties Include: Assist machine operators with daily production tasks Load and unload materials onto machines Stack, package, and move finished products Inspect products for quality defects Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety procedures and company policies Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance Use measuring tools and follow production specifications General labor and material handling duties as neededRequirements: Manufacturing or machine shop experience preferred (but not required) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and transportation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn machine operation and production processes Pre-employment drug screen required.
