Wenger Construction is seeking a skilled and motivated Service Foreman to join our expanding Service Division. You'll lead a two-person crew, operate from a company service truck, and deliver commercial roofing, siding, and sheet metal solutions across Wisconsin. Service team members are eligible for quarterly efficiency bonuses, so the more value you create, the more you earn.

What You'll Do

• - Lead daily service jobs and oversee a two-person crew
• - Perform roof inspections, repairs, and leak diagnostics
• - Repair and replace roofing, siding, and sheet metal systems
• - Interpret work orders, drawings, and service plans
• - Maintain safe work practices and enforce safety standards
• - Communicate professionally with customers and document job progress

What You Need

Required:

• - 2+ years of construction experience
• - Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• - Ability to lift, carry, and work at heights regularly
• - Willingness to travel as needed
• - Strong work ethic and reliability

Desired:

• - Commercial flat roofing experience
• - Siding and sheet metal experience
• - Blueprint reading and basic estimating knowledge
• - Leadership or crew lead experience
• - Carpentry and fabrication skills
